<Article 1> DEFINITION
1. In these conditions, “Exhibitor” means a sole proprietorship, partnership or limited company
applying to exhibit at the Exhibition or as the case may be, whose application to exhibit at the
Exhibition has been accepted by the Organizers.
2. “Exhibition” means the SEOUL HORTICUITURAL FAIR.
3. The “Organizer“ means the Agricultural & Fishery Marketing Corporation (AFMC), which is
located in aT Center 2nd flr. YangJaeDong, SeouChoGu, Seoul, KOREA
<Article 2> APPLICATION FOR PARTICIPATION
1. A company, which wants to apply to the exhibition, should submit the Application Form
issued by the organizer and documents requested by the organizer.
2. After submitting the application form, the applicant shall remit the full application fee before
the date appointed by the organizer. The organizer has absolute discretion in retroceding
the application and application fee within 20 days from the date of the application, in
according to internal condition of the exhibition.
3. If an exhibitor withdraws, for whatever reason, its application before 90 days from the
opening day of the exhibition without notice to the organizer, the application fee paid
will be forfeited.
4. If theres any changes on the documents submitted to the organizer for application, an
exhibitor should give a notice of changes to organizer immediately. No exhibitor shall
claim for any complaint from disadvantage in publicity to the organizer.
<Article 3> SPACE ALLOCATION
1. The organizer have absolute discretion in designing layout of exhibition space and
allotting space of stands, in according to the record of each applicant, such as exhibits,
number of stands, membership of associations, etc. All decisions to such effect shall be
final and no request for change from exhibitor will be entertained.
2. The standard booth is provided by the organizer are designed 9sq.m in a single or double
row. The organizer reserves the right to revise the stand allocation or vary the layout of
stands, in according to revision of the exhibition scale and the venue of exhibition.
<Article 4> MANAGEMENT FOR EXHIBITION
1. An exhibitor should wear the exhibitor badge assigned officially by the organizer during the
exhibition. Authorized and competent representative of the Exhibitor must man exhibitors
stand at all times during the exhibition.
2. If an exhibitor displays items that does not correspond with the exhibits which was indicated
by the exhibitor on the product category of the application form, the organizer reserve the
right to withdraw from the exhibition , dismantle its stand and remove its exhibits at
exhibitors own expense immediatedly.
3. The exhibitors license to exhibit at the exhibition and to use, on a non-exclusive basis, the
space or stand licensed to the exhibitor is personal to the exhibitor and shall not be
transferred, assigned, shared, and sub-contracted with any third party.
4. An exhibitor should not change basic stand construction with painting, stickers or other
publicity materials on the floor, partitions. The organizer reserves the right to claim any loss
or damages to the exhibitor.
5. The organizer has the right to cancel, alter in character, limit partially the exhibits, exhibitors
manner in order to maintain order, security administration and prevent a performance,
which is caused to public censure.
<Article 5> CANCELLATION OR REVISION OF EXHIBITION

The organizer reserves the right to cancel the exhibition at any time. In the case, the application fee paid by exhibitor will be refunded. However, in case that the exhibition is canceled, due to circumstances beyond the organizers control, the exhibitor shall have no claim all or part of any money paid by exhibitor against the organizer.
<Article 6> CANCELLATION OF PARTICIPATION
1. If an exhibitor cancels all or part of exhibition spaces which has been approved by organizer,
the exhibitor shall notify the organizer the cancellation in writing before 30 days from the
opening of the exhibition.
2. The application fee will be refunded, in accordance with clauses 3, the Article 2, in any case
that the exhibitor shall submit all materials requested by the organizer.
3. In this case, the exhibitor has no right to claim the costs, compensation for interest.
<Article 7> STAND CONSTRUCTION, MOVE-IN OF EXHIBITS
Exhibitor shall complete displaying and move-in to the exhibition venue, in according to the arrangements and within the time limits specified by the organizer.
<Article 8> MOVE-OUT OF STAND MATERIALS & EXHIBITS
1. An exhibitor shall move-out the exhibits within the time limits specified by the organizer.
If the exhibitor delay move-out, the organizer has the right to impose any loss occurred by
delaying upon the exhibitor. The organizer is not responsible for any stand material or
exhibits left behind at the exhibition venue after time limits for move-out specified by the
organizer.
2. The exhibitor shall not move-out any exhibits during the exhibition. If an exhibitor wants to
move-out all or part of exhibits, owing to unavoidable circumstances, the exhibitor shall
submit the move-out form to the organizer. Moving out exhibits must have the organizers
prior approval.
<Article 9> SECURITY, RISK AND INSURANCE
1. The organizer shall be on guard Exhibition venue for all exhibitors and visitors in a day
and night.
2. An exhibitor shall be responsible for any loss, damage, and missing of exhibits and
promotional materials during the period of exhibition, stand construction and dismantling.
3. An exhibitor is fully liable for any loss or damage cased by an act or omission of exhibitor or
its representatives, to any property of the exhibition venue, the other exhibitors or the
organizer. The exhibitor shall be responsible for effecting insurance, which shall include its
displays, exhibits, and stands against loss or damage.
<Article 10> FIRE REGULATION
1. Materials used in stand and display construction must be properly fire-proofed in
accordance with the regulations of Korea.
2. The organizer has the right, should circumstances necessities, to make changes in the
exhibitors stand in the interest of fire control.
<Article 11> ADDITIONAL CLAUSES
1. The organizer have absolute discretion in legislating additional clauses, which are not
mentioned on the Terms of Application and Exhibition Rules and Regulations as needed.
2. An exhibitor shall observe the additional clauses legislated by the organizer as the part of
the Terms of Application.
3. An exhibitor shall comply with the Rules and Regulations legislated by Agricultural
& Fishery Marketing Corporation(AFMC)
<Article 12> ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES

Any dispute, difference or question arising hereafter between the Organizer and the Exhibitor concerning the true construction if these TERMS and CONDITIONS FOR EXHIBITING or the rights and liabilities of the parties thereto shall be settled in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the Korea Commercial Arbitration Board. The verdict of the above arbitration shall be final and binding both.
